FIRST BEGINNER COURSE
We emphasize lots of in-water exercises to develop a solid foundation of strokes and skills. We incorporate Lifesaving Society Aqua Bon safety tips into all Swimmer levels.
Swimmers 1 learn belly and back floatation; belly and back glide; alternate kicking (with assistance), shallow water entry and exit, and swim 5 meters.
DURATION: 45 minutes
REQUIRED: for children who have never taken swimming lessons aged 6 and over OR children who can swim but lack swimming techniques.
