Barre

A barre class is a physical training session that combines elements of dance, Pilates, yoga, and fitness. During the class, participants use a fixed or portable barre as a support to perform a series of exercises aimed at strengthening and toning muscles, with an emphasis on the muscles of the legs, buttocks, back, and abdominals. The exercises performed in a barre class are often based on isometric movements and small pulsations, which helps develop muscle strength and endurance while improving posture and flexibility. Barre classes can be adapted to different levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced, and are typically led by a qualified instructor.
