Danse fitness

Welcome to our energetic and motivating fitness dance class! Whether you are a beginner or experienced, this class will get you moving, improve your coordination, and increase your range of motion. We will start with a 15-minute warm-up to prepare your body, followed by learning and performing a dance routine. This invigorating sequence will make you sweat and allow you to unleash your energy, while raising your heart rate and burning calories.

Finally, we will conclude the class with a 15-minute stretching session to bring your body back to a neutral state and promote optimal recovery. Join us now for an hour of dynamic and entertaining fitness dance, where the energy is contagious and the motivation is high!
