Senior dance fitness

Welcome to our energetic and motivating senior dance fitness class! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class will get you moving, improve your coordination, and increase your range of motion. We will start with a 15-minute warm-up to prepare your body, followed by learning and performing a dance routine. This exhilarating sequence will make you sweat, allowing you to let loose while increasing your heart rate and burning calories.
Finally, we will conclude the class with a 15-minute stretching session to bring your body back to a neutral state and promote optimal recovery. Join us now for an hour of dynamic and entertaining dance fitness, where energy is contagious and motivation is high!
