Junior Swimming is a 9-level self-contained program for children aged 6 to 13. Children learn to swim, be fit and stay safe in a fun environment that promotes personal progress and rewards personal success.
In this program, swimmers learn swimming styles and survival swimming techniques, and improve their distance and speed, while focusing on making safe decisions in the water, on the water and near the water.
The 9 levels of the program allow a continuous acquisition of techniques and knowledge.
Water safety and techniques are designed for each age group, with a focus on the importance of staying active and safe in the water.
Swimming styles are designed according to each level and use regular and proven progressions focused on exercise and distance.
Fitness activities improve endurance and promote individual success and progress. They also encourage physical activity as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
