This is a fitness dance class based on oriental dancing. Its a fun & dynamic activity to keep fit moving your hips & arms to oriental music. The whole idea for this class is for one to enjoy & to unwind. The Instructor incorporates different dance moves as well such as latin & ballroom. This is your cardiovascular class wherein you will not see your time pass & you want to stay asking for more. To finish it off, the Instructor gives a 5 minute stretching exercise for mobility before you go back to your daily routine. This is a light to moderate workout open to all levels from beginner to expert. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and a hip scarf if you wish.
