This course allows you to train differently in each session and helps you improve your cardiovascular capacity. It is a cardiovascular workout to burn more fat and calories for everyone regardless of the participant’s level of training.
This cardiovascular workout is designed to get you walking, running or cycling. The trainer will guide you through the workout to get your heart pumping and working. It’s a series of high-intensity interval (H.I.IT) workout to develop and increase your cardiovascular endurance. It’s an exercise program for all levels as you’re encouraged to exercise at your own pace to improve your cardio as the class progresses each week to reach your best potential.
