A coach will be present in the gymnasium to provide you with the basics skills and movements and help you learn or just improve your techniques.

Fall 2024 (14 weeks, from September 9 to December 15, 2024)
Friday 7pm - 7.50pm
Saturday - 10am - 10h50am ( On the day of 30 / 11 / 2024 there will be no classes. )
PRICE
Friday $243 (1 class/week x 14 weeks)
Saturday $225 (1 class/week x 13 weeks)
Registration is done for a single class, participants can only participate in the activity according to the chosen time.
Additional information
Each participant must have their own identified water bottle.
