Step/Walk Fitness

Step/Walk is a dynamic fitness class that combines strength training and cardio using a step platform and light weights (such as dumbbells or a barbell). This full-body workout alternates between targeted muscle strengthening exercises and energizing cardio sequences performed on and around the step. The goal is to improve strength, endurance, and calorie burn while toning the entire body. Suitable for various fitness levels, Step/Walk allows participants to work at their own pace in a motivating and energetic environment.
