Customer Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all activities related to customer reception, information services, and user support at the Centre du Sablon. This person ensures the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and safe customer experience, in line with the mission, values, and objectives of the Centre du Sablon.
Main Responsibilities*
- Plan, organize, and coordinate customer service operations (front desk reception, registrations, general information, facility reservation management, complaint handling, and service requests).
- Supervise, train, and support the customer service team (front desk agents and administrative staff related to customer service).
- Ensure the quality and consistency of services provided to members, users, and partners.
- Act as the primary resource person for all matters related to services, memberships, registrations, and internal policies.
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth communication and integrated service delivery.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.

Profile Sought
- College or university diploma in administration, management, customer service, recreation, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn and use various management software systems (e.g., registration systems, databases).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service coordination or supervision.
- Experience in team management (a significant asset).
- Sales experience (a significant asset).
- Experience in a community, recreational, or cultural environment (an asset).
Working Conditions
- Status: 25 to 30 hours per week
- Salary: Starting at $27.75/hour (based on experience), Level 7 – 2026 pay scale
- Schedule: Variable schedule based on operational needs (day, evening, and weekend shifts)
