To all members,
You are invited to attend the Corporation du Centre du Sablon’s annual general assembly which will take place at Centre du Sablon, located at 755, Chemin du Sablon, Chomedey, Laval, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 19:00.

- Opening of the meeting
- Verification of quorum and attendance
- Appointment of Chairman and Secretary

Election procedure
Any member in good standing wishing to be candidate (info here) must fill the NOMINATION FORM
The official form must be signed by the candidate and by at least three (3) other members in good standing delivered in a sealed envelope to the center’s reception at the attention of Mr. Vesselin Ivanov, Secretary of the Corporation, or forwarded by email at the following address ca.centredusablon@gmail.com no later than April 20th, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Any forms received after this date will not be considered.
