Sablon Center offers an exciting summer camp for children aged 5 to 12. Our bilingual day camp provides a memorable summer experience, where your children are cared for by dedicated staff. Our facilities are safe and easily accessible. Every day, our goal is to inspire and encourage young people from all backgrounds and abilities to explore their hidden talents.
The mission of the CDS Summer Camp is to work in parallel with your children’s educators from school and other services to offer a seamless transition into the summer, which will allow your child to socially progress as they have fun doing our activities!
After an in-person assessment with the parents and the child, depending on the child’s needs, she/he will be placed in a low ratio group or in a mainstream camp group with an integration aid.
Our staff and special needs leader remains in constant contact with parents in person, via email, or via communication folder depending on the child’s needs. This will include individualized intervention plans, behavior tracking, and progress reports.
Our weekly program consists of swimming, sports, science, art and theme of the week. All of these specialties are adapted to include sensory stimulation activities that work on gross/fine motor skills.
We have a wonderful reserved backyard for our campers to explore in addition to access the Sablon Park, which includes a soccer field, basketball court, playground, tennis court and Trekfit trails. Pizza, juice and chips on Friday are included in the price!
We also have special guests coming to the camp such as Reptizoo, Zootherapy, magicians, bouncy houses, water activities in Sablon Vert, etc.

Extended Day:$10/day for non-registered children. After 6 pm, the late day fee is $1/minute until the camper is picked up.
Payment:We accept full payment upon registration and weekly pre-authorized credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and cash). Your child’s place will be reserved once the payment has been received. An administrative fee of $50 is required per week. Please note that the $50 administration fee is non-refundable. No personal check will be accepted. YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMP UNLESS THE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:After June 1st, all cancellations will be billed with a $50 fee per week cancelled. Once the week has started, refunds will not be considered unless a medical certificate is provided. If the refund has been approved, the administrative fee of $50 will be deducted and the refund will be prorated to the number of days your child was present during the week in the form of a credit only. The absence from day camp does not constitute a withdrawal from the program. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted by phone. You must fill out a cancellation form to process your application. No refunds will be processed 2 weeks after the last day of the camp. No changes will be accepted after the Monday preceding the recorded camp week. Do not forget to provide a S.I.N. of the payer for the Relevé 24 of your taxes.
