Senior Toning

It is a type of physical activity aimed at improving muscle strength and endurance without imposing excessive stress or tension on the body. These exercises are often characterized by their low impact and slow, controlled movements. The goal is to engage and activate the muscles gradually and thoughtfully, promoting toning and definition without the intensity associated with more rigorous workouts. Performing exercises with body weight, such as bodyweight squats, lunges, and gentle leg lifts, can help tone the lower body without imposing excessive strain on the joints. We can also train with a resistance band. This can provide gentle resistance for muscle toning, especially useful for targeting specific muscle groups without the need for heavy weights.
