Are you between 13 and 16 years old? “The Spot” is the place to be! Join us every Tuesday and Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a variety of activities such as board games, video game tournaments, homework help with a teacher-in-training, movie nights, outings (on Fridays), as well as access to our various rooms (gym, pool, weight room, multi-purpose room, kitchen, aerobics room, etc.). All under the supervision of an experienced activity leader who takes the well-being of teenagers to heart.

What’s “The Spot” ?

It’s a brand-new teen room in the Centre du Sablon, dedicated exclusively to 13-16 year-olds. It’s a large, relaxed-style space, with a variety of features to make it a welcoming place for teens. Friendly environement, meant to make new friends!

In addition to access to the Centre du Sablon facilities, here are some of the features present in the space:
– Comfortable seating (sofas, chairs, poufs, floor mats)
– Entertainment (board games, table football/billiards table, TV, Playstation)
– Learning (reading corner, computer desk, computer, stationery, pencils)
– Creativity (drawing/crafting tools, pencils, whiteboard, collage)
– Etc.
