Facilities and Reservations Supervisor<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Facilities and Reservations Supervisor ensures the daily coordination of operations related to physical facilities and reservation management. This person plays a key role both operationally and in customer service, ensuring the optimal use of spaces, adherence to schedules, as well as the safety and satisfaction of the centre\u2019s users.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role ensures a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, in alignment with the values and objectives of the centre\u2019s community development mission.<\/span><\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities*<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Supervise the opening, closing, and daily proper functioning of the facilities.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical support to activity coordinators.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance requests.<\/li>\n
  • Provide an active on-site presence and support during rental events.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with contractual conditions related to facility reservations.<\/li>\n
  • Set up rooms according to rental contracts, when applicable.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the use of equipment and facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desired Profile<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Completed college diploma (DEC) or equivalent<\/li>\n
    • Security guard training (an asset)<\/li>\n
    • General first aid training (an asset)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a field related to the position<\/li>\n
      • Good physical condition and ability to lift loads of up to 40 lbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Working Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Status: 25 to 30 hours per week<\/li>\n
        • Salary: Starting at $19.75\/hour (based on experience), Level 3, 2026 pay scale<\/li>\n
        • Schedule: Variable schedule based on operational needs (day, evening, weekends)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
