National Lifeguard
National Lifeguard Requirement: 15 yr old and up, Bronze Cross and General First aid successfully completed. 11 weeks
General First Aid
General First Aid Training – AED Requirement: 14yr and up, Bronze Cross successfully completed.
Improvement of the swimming form (10 years and up)
Swimming course to improve swimming techniques. Great course to prepare for our Lifeguard courses and Red-Cross Swimming Instructor. No spectators in the pool area.
