Aqua-Ado 1 – Beginner (10 – 15 year olds)
Equivalent to Swimmer 1 and 2

In this course, your teens will learn the basics of swimming. By the end of the session, they should be able to swim 2 full lengths of the pool.

Aqua-Ado 2 – Intermediate (12 – 15 year olds)
Equivalent to Swimmer 3 and 4

In this course, your teens will learn the different swimming styles. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to master the front crawl and back crawl.

Aqua-Ado 3 – Advanced (13 – 15 year olds)
Equivalent to Swimmer 5 and 6

In this course, your teens will perfect all their swimming styles. By the end of the session, they’ll have mastered the front crawl and back crawl, as well as the breaststroke. One of the main objectives is to prepare them for lifesaving courses.

after finishing the AQUA-ADO 3 the teenager of 13 years old and more can go to the rescue courses
