In this class, the student will learn to know all the joints and muscles of his or her body, breathing techniques and how to use them in 8 simple hand and leg techniques to be able to defend his or her self in case of aggression. The student will also learn 3 basic positions that will be used in all karate training as well as an imaginary combat pattern (Kata).Online registration
