Teen Titans Fitness (14-17 years old)

In this program, the teenager will be introduced in the Sablon-Fit training room. The trainer will teach the fundamentals of weight training in order to insure proper training habits as well as injury prevention using strength training machines and weights. This program caters to teenagers with weight loss goals and to young athletes that want to enhance athletic performance.
