Teen Titans Fitness (10-13 years old)

In this program, the child will be taught the fundamentals of training in order to insure proper training habits as well as injury prevention using body weight exercises in a separate room. This program caters to children with weight loss goals and to young athletes that want to enhance motor skill performance.
